Chicken a la King with Zucchini Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Tablespoons of butter
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 4 – 5 Chicken Breasts cut into strips (you can also boneless chicken thighs)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of sliced mushroom
  • Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Garlic, minced to taste 
  • 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook mushrooms, onions, and peppers in butter till tender.
  • Season the chicken with garlic salt and pepper.
  • Add the seasoned chicken to the peppers and cook until done.
  • Now add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and cheddar cheese.
  • Cook until the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve over zoodles, cauli-rice or your favourite veggies
