INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tablespoons of butter
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- 4 – 5 Chicken Breasts cut into strips (you can also boneless chicken thighs)
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of sliced mushroom
- Himalayan Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth Garlic, minced to taste
- 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook mushrooms, onions, and peppers in butter till tender.
- Season the chicken with garlic salt and pepper.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the peppers and cook until done.
- Now add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and cheddar cheese.
- Cook until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve over zoodles, cauli-rice or your favourite veggies
